RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In MyFirstep, we aim to deliver only the best to our beloved customers. But, if and only if you are not satisfied or need an exchange because the items that you purchased don't fit you well, these are the conditions that you have to follow:
- Item purchased must be returned within 7 days from the date of items received. Please kindly contact us at (+44161)7379290 or (+4477)35054835 to confirm your returnable items.
- Items returned must be in its good condition and must be packed carefully + properly as to avoid damages during its delivery.
- Please note that, the delivery cost for the Return or Exchange items will be liable by the sender and it is not refundable.
