We provide PosLaju- a multiple award winning courier Company that had won numerous awards, such as the Reader’s Digest Trusted Brand Award (2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009), Frost and Sullivan Award 2009, Superbrand Award 2008/2009 and BrandLaureate Award for 2008/2009. With reasonable prices, all orders that being confirmed in MyFirstep website, will be delivered within an approximately of 24-48 hours after payment received.
We also provide free delivery for order(s) that exceeds RM150, but subjected to Malaysia order(s) only.
Please note that for East of Malaysia order(s), the approximate date of delivery will be slightly longer than the Peninsular's.
An arrangement for a self-pickup also can be made, by making an appointment with us at (6012)981 1057 or (6019)227 1752.
In addition, we also accept international orders from United Kingdom (UK), United States (US), Australia, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Brunei and also Singapore.
The approximate transit/arrival days for overseas orders are between 3-5 days (subject to Customs Clearance).
Please note that, for international orders weight limit per order is subjected to 5kgs ONLY and all (both domestic + international) delivery orders are charged on per item's weight.

PAYMENT
1. Cash
Payment can be made via Maybank2U/Interchange GIRO Fund Transfer or by depositing through any Maybank ATM machines using the account number provided during the online shopping process.
As to smooth and ease the delivery process, all orders that have being confirmed in MyFirstep website, must be paid within the 24-48 hours time. Payment that has not been received in the specified period, will be automatically cancelled without any further notice.

2. Credit Card
We accept credit card payment using Visa and Mastercard card. Please note that your Payment is processed by Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd. The Name of Mobile88.com will be shown on your Credit Card Statement and you will also receive a notification email from Mobile88 on this Transaction.
3. Paypal
We also accept Paypal as the mode of payment. Choose PayPal when paying for your items. You'll be asked to log into your PayPal account using your email address and password. Click to confirm your payment and then you're done. You can also use PayPal for payment with debit/credit card plus, you don't even have to be a PayPal member to make the payment.
